The Recruiting Road: The Number 5 and 6 Reasons Coaches Use STEALTH

Let’s review “The Recruiting Road’s” top four reasons for a high school football coach to use the STEALTH 5-Star Rating System.

  1. The HS coach controls the entire rating process and can update each athletes rating anytime measurable changes need to be made
  2. Use system to share with parents and update them on their child’s college readiness and recruiting
  3. Use the system as a tool to motivate your players to continue improving performance in critical areas of the assessment
  4. Track the success rate and transition of players graduating from your program and moving on play college football.

5. A ‘public/private’ option will be added to allow coaches to decide whether or not to publish a player’s profile based on the outcome of the rating

Coaches will have a ‘private’ option preventing the player’s profile from being published for colleges and coaches to see if the rating is insufficient. The coach may also go back and select ‘publish’ once the rating reaches a sufficient level.
