The Eagles came out on top with a victory last friday for the first time in 6 years against the Colts. The kissing of the Pig was just a cherry on top. Both teams not having much success thus far into the season, but Friday night seemed to put everything aside and focus on the home town rivalry. Douglas definitely came into this game with the mental edge with a win the previous week over Cooper City Cowboys and a mission to end the 6 game losing streak against the Colts. Both teams coming off outstanding seasons last year have been struggling to re-identify themselves with tough schedules in a loaded District 8A-11.
